Roasted Lamb and Roasted vegetables..

Recipe of Roasted Lamb and Roasted vegetables.

Ingredients a packet of lamb cutlets, a few springs of rosemary,salt and pepper 3 cloves of garlic. Half a bag of baby new potatoes washed and baby carrots..washed .

Method..prepare and season lamb cutlets and leave in the fridge to marinate.Then on a small heat pan fry the cutlets .to seal set to one side then cook lamb in  pre-heated oven to 180 for 15 to 20 mins or or until tender remove from pan or baking dish and pour juices to make a sauce ,reduce until it has coated the back of a spoon and then season.Prepare new potatoes by roasting them in the oven for 15-20 mins  then boil the baby carrots until there is bite to it .Then serve lamb with roasted new potatoes and carrots and gravy.
